Richard the project manager kept us informed and Randall was very helpful and informative. We are happy to recommend them.
We have had a bathroom partially renovated. The bath came out and was replaced with a shower. Randall has been amazing through the whole process. Along with Richard and Lee we have been able to be relaxed about the process. The tradies have all been efficient, friendly, clean and tidy. We can highly recommend Bathrooms Are Us.
Great team, we are very pleased with our ensuite renovation. We have just had our second renovation completed by Bathrooms Are Us. This was a complete bathroom, toilet and Laundry renovation. We were given a building schedule so we knew who would be on-site for the two week renovation. Randal and Richard were great to deal with, the contractors were all very professional and a special thanks to Alan the painter. Would highly recommend BAU.

If you are not experienced in bathroom renovations, Randall will guide you along and make suggestions as to design and products. He is very professional with years of experience and this shows in the finished product. Very pleased with the customer service the Bathrooms Are Us team have provided. I placed an order for a replacement toilet seat (which was hard to locate this particular make/ model). So glad they had it in stock and delivery was quick. The toilet seat fit perfectly. Happy customer! Thank you!
