Benco Bathroom Renovations

We recently had a bathroom renovation completed by Benco. Not being experienced renovators it was somewhat daunting to appoint a company we trusted to do the work and were hopeful for the project to run well and not be too disruptive. We hit the jackpot! I cannot recommend Benco highly enough. From first introduction, quoting, product selections and while the works were being complete, the project ran smoothly and on time. We received expert advice from Seb and Elle and once the project started, our project manager, Rod, was fantastic in having the trades in everyday, keeping the momentum of the job, communicating with us and ensuring high craftsmanship. We are thrilled with the result of our bathroom. We will be coming back to get the ensuite done next. With sincerest thanks.

I cannot recommend Benco Bathrooms enough. They handled a bathroom renovation for my father with an incredible level of empathy and professionalism. They fast-tracked every step, from the quote to the build, understanding the urgency of Dad’s situation. All the trades involved were professional, and they left everything spotless. We have zero complaints. Special shoutout to Ben, not only did he assist with the design, picking out the perfect tiles and the right toilet to fit Dad’s commode, but he also made me feel supported every step of the way, even offering a hug when I visited the showroom. Their guidance on style and function was invaluable. I’ve attached photos of their beautiful work, we couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Benco!

Everything was smooth sailing and the workmen were always on time and well organised. The fact we didn’t need to be home was a bonus for us. The finished product was beautiful and we love our new bathroom. Would highly recommend Benco.

I recently had my bathroom renovated by Benco and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the quality of workmanship was outstanding. Every tradesperson involved was not only highly skilled but also respectful, punctual, and always polite—it really made the whole process smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Rod, who kept me informed every step of the way. His communication, professionalism, and attention to detail made a huge difference and gave me complete confidence throughout the project. The final result has exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend Benco to anyone looking for a high-quality renovation with a team you can truly trust.

Benco Bathroom Review From initial contact to the explanation of the quote, we had a very professional and friendly experience. Ben and Seb came to our house and inspected our existing bathroom and took measurements and photos. They listened to our requirements and made several helpful suggestions. They the took our info back to the office and in the following week later they supplied us with a very professional and detailed quote. We reviewed the quote and then visited their showroom to discuss and to select the bathroom products and tiles. We consulted with several friends who all stated the price was reasonable for the quoted work and it was thorough. Overall, Ben and his team did a wonderful job, nothing was too much trouble. We decided not to go ahead as the timing is not right and the price was beyond our budget. Thanks again for your time and advice. Regards Marg & John Naughton

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Benco Bathrooms. They were prompt, professional, and courteous at all times. The project was well managed and completed ahead of time to a very high standard. Importantly the standard of workmanship was to a high standard I have no hesitation in recommending Benco Bathrooms

From start to finish the team were nothing but organised and efficient. I always knew what was happening, next steps and who was attending my home and when. Amazing finish and amazing prices to go with that. Will use Benco for our other bathroom/laundry renovations in the future.
