Brisbane Renovation Specialists did our kitchen and ground floor renovation. We had a very good experience from Day 1- good communication and planning, fast and high quality work and good advice from the team. Overall very happy!

My wife and I chose Brisbane Renovation Specialists for our kitchen renovation earlier this year in 2026. Via Hi-Pages we sent through our Job request in late March along with our finalised IKEA 3D Design and Bill of Materials, BOM. From the three kitchen specialists that replied we selected Brisbane Renovation Specialists / DOBRY Pty Ltd also in late March as the IKEA kitchen specialist for us. They were prompt, followed up in a timely manner and clearly had the experience needed for the IKEA kitchen cabinetry and required trade work. In addition Igor (The builder) had good reviews and clearly had a lot of experience installing IKEA kitchens working with his own team as well as a tight knit team of tradies (Electrical, Tiling, Cabinet Makers, Gas and Plumbing). From beginning to end Igor took control, he was present every day which ensured key decisions and requirements (inevitable in any fluid situation) were translated to tradespeak for his team. Visiting us to listen to us and understand our requirements, making some useful recommendations and sending through a quote. Whilst we had some reservations about the lack of specific detail in the quote we did our best to clearly cover the missing detail via phone calls and email until we were satisfied. IMPORTANT: This piece in my opinion was important even in the face of Igor’s assurances. Specifically, to keep variations to an absolute minimum. In Summary if we had to do it all again, we would definitely give Igor a call and work with the Dobry Team again. He was experienced, professional, attentive and easy to work with and he showed up personally almost every day to ensure everything was going to plan. His core team of kitchen specialists were great and the tight knit team of tradies he has managed to build over the years are equally professional. Thanks Igor for an awesome Job. Tips for people doing their first kitchen reno. 1. Ensure the kitchen Gyprock wall finish is level 3 or 4. 2. Be clear on your requirements and detail to avoid variations.

I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen/laundry and the service I received throughout the entire project. The team handled everything from the kitchen/laundry installation, gas and plumbing connections, electrical work, tiling, and even bricking up the hole left after removing an old air conditioner. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way, answered my questions promptly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The team was always punctual, hardworking, and professional, and it was clear they took great pride in their work. The quality of the finished job is outstanding. Every aspect of the work was completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. It's not often you find tradespeople who are so reliable, organised, and committed to delivering a great result. Igor and team are great. We are very happy with our kitchen. We love the design, our previously tiny kitchen now looks spacious considering we are in a unit. Everything we specified in our initial consultation was added to the design. The quality of work is also very good, can't complain. I would highly recommend them.

Igor and his team did a stellar job of our kitchen. Igor made things so easy by organising it all from start to finish. He was also very accomodating of our design ideas and offered great advice. Sergey, our installer was amazing. He really took the time to consult and make sure we were happy with the outcome.
