When you're inviting tradespeople into your home for several weeks, you hope you'll get a great bathroom at the end. What you don't expect is to genuinely enjoy having them there. Our experience with Jim's Bathrooms and Resurfacing Canberra was exceptional from start to finish. Mohammed and his team set the standard for what a renovation should be. They arrived when they said they would, communicated clearly, treated our home with respect, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. Like most homeowners, we had plenty of questions and probably involved ourselves more than we needed to. Mohammed never made us feel like we were getting in the way. He listened, offered honest advice, and made us feel like we were part of the process rather than just another job. What impressed us just as much as the workmanship was the character of the people doing it. Every member of the team was polite, respectful, hardworking, and genuinely looked out for one another. They were also wonderful with our young son, always taking the time to say hello and being mindful that they were working in our family home. From the demolition and preparation through to the finishing touches and the final clean-up, everything was done with care and attention to detail. The bathroom has exceeded our expectations, the pricing was fair, and there were no shortcuts or surprises. Finding tradespeople you can trust is becoming harder and harder, but we've found them. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mohammed and the team at Jim's Bathrooms and Resurfacing to our family and friends, and we'd happily use them again ourselves. Five stars isn't enough. The quote was fast, the total cost less than the other bathroom renovation businesses i looked at. Glad I had the work done as the house is quite old and they found a few concerning things like a lack of floor underneath the existing shower and they re-floored the area. The window was redone as well as the door moved to allow a heater behind it. Very easy to talk these on the fly changes out with these guys and their communication throughout the build was excellent. Once this has been paid off I'll get them to do my other bathroom

Mohammed and the team at Jim's Bathrooms & Resurfacing did an amazing job on our small apartment bathroom. They took our white-paint-over-ugly, 1960s, shower-over-the-tub bathroom and turned it into a bathroom we love. Thank you guys! Good news! You can stop googling and lock into Jim's Bathrooms if you are looking for an upgrade or a reno. Our experience with Mohammed and Adam was a first class job done with local and experienced tradies. We had the most tragic bathroom in canberra.....an embarrassment really....but Mohammed, Adam and the crew transformed it into a spacious and calm space (using the same footprint). They were also very gracious when we roped them in to a few other small jobs. Do not waste your time looking around ..... these guys are professional, clean, knowledgeable and don't mind a laugh.
