We absolutely love our new ensuite, main bathroom and laundry/butlers pantry. The whole process of designing, choosing the tiles and tapware, vanities etc was easy thanks to Lexy. The job was project managed well with no delays. The builders were clean and tidy. All three rooms are of high quality workmanship and look amazing. I particularly love the strip lighting which comes on via sensors… 🤩 I recommend using Novocastrian bathrooms and would use again!

Have renovated multiple bathrooms across multiple properties for me and so far and have done a great job. In each case the original bathrooms weren’t great layouts, small and took some imagination to make a workable space. In the most recent bathroom renovation, everything was moved from window, door, shower, bath, vanity and toilet, all fully reconfigured to make the space more user friendly and enticing. Where I’ve had small issues like a leaky bathtub in one build or a fitting not working correctly in another, they have been very responsive to come and fix without hesitation. Says a lot about a company on how they handle the post build stage and Novacastrian stick by their words (so many other builders, especially in bathrooms I’ve dealt with over the years it was like pulling teeth with any teething issues but not the Novacastrian team!). Highly recommend Shane and the team. Price wise they are pretty on point with a full service licensed builder for bathrooms in Newcastle Lake Mac area. On the last build I got two other builders in to price check/see what ideas they had and Novacastrian were slightly cheaper then the other two options (all within a couple of hundred of each other, not something that would drive me one way or the other) but with better quality range and much better design ideas for tight spaces. Would I used the team again YES, would I recommend to family/friends/colleagues/strangers, ABSOLUTELY! If you want a great result for your spend, use Novacastrian bathrooms.

NBS did an amazing job at converting our ugly unused sunroom into an ensuite and office. From the initial consult, to design, to build, it was an easy, smooth, fairly quick and mostly stress-free process. Some more communication throughout the build phase would have been appreciated (eg a weekly update), but overall we are very happy. And I should mention, the fact the whole team are very nice and friendly people made a huge difference. Thanks guys!
