QLD Bathroom Renovations

I wouldn’t trust this company with even installing a door stop! As it turns out the door stop they installed was set back too far and damaging my bathroom door, every time it opens. Cracking in between the wall tiles and ceiling. Grout falling out in between tiles. Floor so un level that the water drains to the cabinets and is destroying it with water damage, instead of draining away to the drain. When I asked for them to come out and fix the repairs, I was met with silence because I foolishly paid the final payment without contracting an independent builder to inspect their shoddy work. I found the owner of the company to be extremely hostile and unapproachable. Yes they have an immaculate showroom wish sales staff that will promise the stars. I only wish they put in half the effort into my renovation and I wouldn’t be writing such a scathing review. I thought paying the top quote would give me top service… I was wrong. Overpriced, bad customer service and bad workmanship.

Mike and the team @QBR were fantastic from start to finish! We couldn’t be happier with the end result and the workmanship. Would definitely recommend his team to anyone that wants a remodel!! Thanks Team!

Just had our tired old bathroom renovated, we live in over 50's complex and the shower and floor tiles were really old, called Qld Bathroom Renovations and Mike came and gave us a quote, it was really reasonable compared to other quotes. Ben came and removed old flooring and shower stall and wall tiles and then plumbers came in to remove fixtures in the bathroom, all in all it only took 5 days from start to finish and the job is spot on and we are delighted with the result, we highly recommend QLD Bathroom Renovations for their professionalism and quality of workmanship and pricing.

Mike, Ben and their team did a great job delivering a complex renovation in a high rise. Our ensuite, main bathroom and laundry were demolished and recreated to my design with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Mike provided guidance and encouragement (and humour) along the way and Ben deserves a special mention as a fabulous communicator who wouldn’t stop until everything was done to my satisfaction. They have a great team and were patient when I changed my mind or added in something else. Highly recommend.

So happy with our Bathroom renovations. Mike, Ben and the Team were so helpful and went out of their way to assist us from picking out the tiles, fittings etc and then putting it In to action and completing both bathrooms within 3 weeks. So respectful of our apartment covering the timber floors, furniture, bench tops. We would highly recommend QBR if you’re looking for a professional no fuss bathroom Renovation. Thank you QBR. Bev and Clive.

Thank you QLD for our new bathrooms. Mike, Ben and the team renovated our ensuite and main bathroom. The process was great especially being able to go into the show room and choose the fittings that we wanted and run through everything with Mike. Ben managed the project with confidence and he had no problem answering any of my questions throughout the process. The tiler did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend QLD bathrooms for your renovation, you won't be disappointed in the professional finish.

Mike, Ben and the team were amazing. From the original quote they were on time and on point. The process was super easy with their own showroom to select everything in one shop including tiles. There was no mucking around with my job, straight in, someone here everyday moving the project along with minimum mess. I’m super happy with the final result and highly recommend to any thinking of renovating their bathroom
