Smart Bathrooms

Great experience with Smart Bathrooms in making our tiny ensuite look incredible. John was able to navigate us through any issues that came up along the way, and worked with us on our ideas to create a fantastic space. Would definitely recommend to others looking to update their bathrooms. EDIT: a few weeks after installation we noticed a leak from the outside corner of the shower. Over the course of the last 5 years this leak has continued and I approached Smart Bathrooms multiple times to investigate and have it repaired. While there was some preliminary checks done, Smart Bathrooms always denied that this leak had anything to do with the build of the bathroom. We have spent thousands having air con techs, plumbers and repairers attempting to find the leaks or fix the shower with advice to pull it out and start again. Finally we employed a resealer who pulled off the screen and discovered that the hob hadn’t been built correctly and that was where the water was getting in. Over the years the hardwood around the door frame has rotted and will need to be replaced. We had other issues with this build including the drain being incorrectly installed, tiles cracking, grouting needing to be replaced twice and an ongoing issue with water pooling on the shower floor. This work was completed by the tiler sub contracted by Smart Bathrooms. While we are happy that this issue is fixed I am really disappointed with Smart Bathrooms in their response and lack of support to resolve this themselves. We are now out of pocket for what was already an expensive ensuite.

I recently had my bathroom renovated by John and his wonderful team at Smart Bathrooms. From the initial consultation through to project completion, they were an absolute dream to deal with. The communication was clear, the workmanship outstanding, and every detail was handled professionally. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend Smart Bathrooms to anyone considering a renovation

I highly recommend John and his team at Smart Bathrooms. They were great to deal with. They were alway on time, or communicated when schedules needed to change. John spent the time to make sure the design of the bathroom was the best use of the space. The bathroom looks awesome — and the design the bathroom was better than any other quote. John was both professional and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. Would happily recommend John and his team to anyone.

We choose Smart Bathrooms to replace a leaking ensuite, based on previous Google reviews, and were completely impressed. John got the job done quickly, kept us informed of when work was being done and provided great design advice. His easy going approach, communication and professionalism was appreciated. We would definitely recommend John & Smart Bathrooms!

After previously using Smart Bathrooms to renovate our en-suite I asked for John’s help in repairing and renovating my parent’s bathroom. There was significant damage to the underlying floor and walls but John and his team took it all in their stride. My parents were very anxious about having strangers in the house. Very quickly John was able to gain their trust and continuously kept them up to date on how the bathroom was proceeding. My parents could not be happier with the end result.

We recently had our downstairs bathroom renovated by Smart Bathrooms, after getting a number of quotes from other companies. Some couldn't be bothered to provide a quote, but John came straight back with a quote and talked us through the whole process. We were so happy with the result, we've just had Smart Bathrooms back to do a smaller renovation on our guest bathroom. Smart Bathrooms was just brilliant to deal with, and John kept in touch throughout the renovations - always making sure we were happy and everything was on track. It's that personal touch that gives you confidence. The final invoice matched the quote and there were no surprises. We can't recommend Smart Bathrooms enough.
