AMAZING service … absolutely love all my cabinetry and the design process that they took me through … I did have some issues on instalment (not all created by Stauntons as it turned out) … Peter and his team responded immediately and so politely and respectfully, replacing or repairing as needed (even when it wasn’t their fault) … I couldn’t ask for better! Totally recommend the Stauntons team.

The absolute worst experience ever. I would definitely not recommend this company. The quality of the workmanship is extremely poor not to mention the abuse received from the manager when approached regarding issues. Cabinets are bowed because of incorrect partition sizes installed. The cabinets affected are the shelf above my oven and the rangehood cabinet is bowed to the degree that my integrated rangehood does not sit flat. Attempts were made by the company to rectify, but the only way the issues can be rectified is to replace the cabinets entirely, and they definitely were not prepared to do that! Not to mention that my rangehood was so badly scratched by the installer that it had to be replaced. My walk in robe cabinetry was very poorly installed. Attempts were made to rectify, but the installer just made a bigger mess. Kitchen drawer and door hinges frequently require adjustment. I have not ever had to do this on any previous kitchen I have owned. Poor quality infill materials from Bunnings have been used which is not what one expects when using a custom cabinetry business. Had I have gone to Bunnings and ordered my kitchen, I would have received a better quality product for much less cost.

Made kitchen for our new home and wardrobe inserts, no job to small. Great to deal with.
