Ultimate Renovations

Ultimate Renovations was founded in 2009. Youssef Ibrahim Jawad is the Director and has more than 17 years of experience in the renovation industry. The company serves Melbourne and Geelong. It provides residential and commercial renovation, extension and construction services. Services include bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovations, tiling, waterproofing, caulking and flooring.

In Geelong West, Ultimate Renovations has earned consistent praise for complete bathroom and kitchen transformations, and the feedback gathered from customers returns to the same handful of strengths. Workmanship of a high standard is the most frequently cited point, with tiling in particular drawing repeated commendation, and the same care described across full bathroom rebuilds and kitchen updates. Reliability features just as prominently, as reviewers note that tradespeople attended on the agreed days, maintained their schedules and completed projects without the disruptions often linked to renovation work.

The pace from commencement to handover is described as notably quick, while the finished result is still reported as clean, contemporary and well detailed, indicating that speed has not come at the cost of finish. Responsiveness and communication also recur, with the team portrayed as approachable and prepared to assist beyond the basic scope of the job. Youssef is named in the accounts for professional conduct, dependable attendance and strong tiling results on a bathroom project, while the wider group of trades is remembered for a friendly manner. Work covered in the accounts spans bathrooms, kitchens and tiling, with dependable scheduling, skilled trades and a polished tiled finish the recurring themes.
