Several customers highlight the standard of the finished work, with attention to detail repeatedly praised and one reviewer noting that a 1986 bathroom was modernised into a contemporary space. The design consultation stands out as a recurring theme, with clients describing how their own ideas were taken and turned into a workable result, including combined ensuite and wardrobe projects. Reliability is mentioned often, and the pricing is described as fair for the scope of work delivered.

Communication throughout the project is another point that comes up, with customers noting the process was made straightforward for their households. The workmanship is characterised as careful and precise, and the completed rooms are said to match or exceed the original concept. Renovations of multiple bathrooms in the same home feature in the feedback, suggesting repeat work and ongoing trust, with future projects discussed. Bathroom updates and cabinetry work appear among the services associated with the business, and customers frequently note that the final result reflects the initial plan.
