All Bathroom Gear

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with ABG who completed our recent full bathroom renovation. Having had previous poor experiences with other companies, it was the complete opposite this time around. From the girls and Paul’s in the showroom, to Darren and his team of tradies on site, everyone was an absolute pleasure, and dream to deal to with, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The final product looks fantastic! Thanks again.

Dealing with All Bathroom Gear took the stress out of renovating our bathroom and ensuite. Paul listened to our requirements and drew detailed plans for us to consider. The showroom has various displays and gear and activates the thinking process. They are specialists in their field and the excellent assistance provided by Tobi meant selecting our tiles, bathroom fittings and tap ware was completed in less than 2 hours. The team quickly accessed fittings that were appropriate to a rather tight space. When work started we were provided with a schedule of the various trades that would be working on the project on any given day. A big bonus was that the various tradies arrived on their allocated days. This was very much appreciated as we were able to plan around days in which there was likely to be a lot of noise and dust. Communication with ABG was excellent with Darren project managing and being our point of contact. If you are wanting a stress free bathroom renovation, ABG is your answer. The end result is a very elegant bathroom and ensuite.

Out of everyone I knew who had their bathrooms renovated in the last two years none would recommend who they used. Which meant I had to do my own research ... I obtained three quotes. Paul from All Bathroom Gear stood out as he wasn't pushy and he was also the only one who pointed out that what I wanted would have gone against current building codes (you learn something new every day!) which reassured me of his expertise. From there, the design, quoting, and penciling in the start date was seamless. His team even organised a letter drop for the complex so everyone was aware of movements which was important due to not having seperate water meters. They also provided a detailed schedule and stuck to it. My project manager, Darren, was always easily accessible and a pleasure to deal with. If I had another bathroom, I would get them to do it too. 10/10 would recommend.

We had our main bathroom renovated and we could not be happier with the result. The tradies were very understanding whilst working around a busy household. Bathroom refurbished by excellent tradesmen, completed to precise schedule and good follow up. The project starts with working with a design team in the showroom where entire concept is created, choosing from selected products to meet all tastes and colour schemes. All very impressive.

I could not speak more highly of the staff from All Bathroom Gear especially, their interior designer, Tobi. Tobi generously gave me her time and had wonderful ideas and solutions. There was no pressure to purchase anything from their beautiful showroom. It was just genuine old fashion service. I could not rate my experience more highly. Thank you, Tobi.

We just finished our full bathroom and toilet renovation with All Bathroom Gear and they were absolutely unreal! We spoke to 5 companies and got 3 formal quotes. All Bathroom Gear's quote was by far the most detailed and thorough. It specified all details including brand and models of all items we chose. Compared to other quotes where we had no idea of the specific items they had included. All Bathroom Gear allowed us time to choose every item and provided excellent advice. Their quote was slightly more expensive than the others, however due to the level of detail I truly believe the others would have hit us with variations once the job started. All Bathroom Gear was fair and invoiced less for scope that wasn't needed, and offered a fair price for variations we chose along the way. They also had a supervisor (Darren) who ran the job and was our main point of contact. He was very professional and kept us updated throughout it all. Our house only has one bathroom, so we were very cautious of the project being dragged out longer than needed. Darren and Paul provided us with a full schedule for the project, showing who would be attending on which days and what would be done. This was before we had even paid a deposit as well. That sealed the deal for us and we knew these guys were legit and would do a good job. They also ran to this schedule almost exactly. Would highly recommend All Bathroom Gear!
