Simply the BEST, overcame the problems that come with older bathroom tiles and gave me a nice new looking shower base and hand basin Thank you so much😀😀😀😀
I was planning my 1st bathroom renovation and enlisted Bathroom Werx to quote to paint the tiles in my shower and resurface the base. I approved the works just before Christmas holidays with the works being scheduled for end of January. When I started works on the bathroom I had a plasterer come out to patch up a damaged piece of wall next to the shower before Bathroom Werx could do their works. Within 20s of looking at the wall the plasterer said that there was water damage behind the wall and all the tiles in the shower had to be removed and completely replaced. I contacted Bathroom Werx immediately to cancel the job they were supposed to do as there was no job left for them to do because all the shower tile we’re having to be removed and replaced therefore there was nothing for them to paint. I gave them 10 days notice of the works having to be cancelled but was told by not 1 but 2 different staff members that their terms and conditions state that there is a 7 day cooling off period for cancellations therefore I forfeit the $675 deposit I paid. I tried to explain that I hadn’t just changed my mind and that there physically wasn’t a job for them to do anymore but they didn’t care. I’ve been told by other trades that this job should never have been quoted in the first place due to the condition of the wall beside the shower. I understand that you have terms and conditions but there also needs to be consideration for certain situations. Would never recommend this company to anyone!
We cannot recommend Bathroom Werx highly enough. They brought our tired showers and vanity back to life with exceptional workmanship. Our technician, Adam, was outstanding — professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
We’ve used Bathroom Werx (Perth) twice now and have been really impressed both times. The team are hardworking, punctual, well priced and the results have been excellent. They resealed our old bathtub and resurfaced the bathroom tiles, which turned out to be a quick, efficient and much more affordable way to renovate the bathroom without replacing everything. The finish looks fantastic. They also helped with other renovation work and offered practical ideas and suggestions when we weren’t sure what the best option was. We’ll definitely be having them back to renovate our second bathroom later this year. Highly recommended.
If you have the option, we recommend just buying a new bath instead of employing Bathroom Werx to re-surface yours as it will probably end up being cheaper in both the short and long term. We're almost $1500 out of pocket and now and have had to pay a competitor to completely re-do the re-surfacing after only 3 years. As first homebuyers, this is all pretty disappointing and represents a real financial burden to us. The attached photos show the product de-laminating after 2 years, a botched, colour-mismatched repair and a new topcoat after 3 years where the enamel has pooled in large, thick rivulets.
My bathtub had lots of cracking caused by another company who did a dodgy job then ghosted me. Bathroom Werx quickly came to my rescue, fixed the cracks and did an incredible job. They really take pride in their work, and even when the job was bigger than they expected, they kept at it until it was perfect. I really appreciate the work they did and highly recommend. I wouldn't use anyone else.
