Higher quote than other companies we approached but we felt it was a more thorough service, starting with Bill, a company representative, attending our property rather than relying on a few photos to provide a quote. All staff we came in contact with were professional and polite as well as efficient. As mentioned, overall cost of the job was a little more but worth it, in our opinion. We are very happy with our Shower Maintenance job and would confidently recommend The Shower Dr.
We had a shower box replaced for 1 bathroom and regrouting for a second bathroom. The team who performed the various tasks were great. They were professional, polite and focused on the task on hand. At the end of the day, the area was always left tidy which was highly appreciated. I would recommend this team to anyone who is looking to have their bathroom renovated.
Had a reno done on our apartment bathroom five years ago and the plumber at that time bodged our drain outlet pipe that finally failed causing a severe leak into the apartment below. Called the Shower Doctor. Nick came out to inspect and provide a plan/quote to move forward with rectifying the problem. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and empathetic to the situation. The plan was accepted and the operations team devised a timetable for rectification. The team of Bruno, Dani, Beau, Jemima, Esma and Chris all did a wonderful job to get the shower back into full working order. Very happy. Would definitely recommend.

Shower Dr was outstanding from start to fit off. This company was quickest to do a site visit and submit a detailed quote, which was also the most competitive. For a full bathroom gut out and rebuild, my main priorities were functionality and sustainability. Sam, Rhys, Luke and the team delivered this, and then exceeded expectations. Much respect to Dani, Ongie, and JJ, who worked on the project the most, for their diligent care, attention to detail, expertise and excellence. Also thanks to Rory, Aaron, Connaugh, Tarji, Richard, Marion, Chris, Jordan and Jon for their professionalism, respectfulness and can-do work ethic. Every member of team communicated well, kept to schedule (working around some sicknesses), tidied up and had a problem solving mind-set whenever problems presented. Rhys and Luke were very organised and anticipated problems well, taking extra time to sort out issues, to discuss options to suit needs and to ensure an aesthetically pleasing result. The Shower Dr did an amazing job when we fully renovated our main bathroom, ensuite and 2 toilets. Communication from the outset was clear and this continued all the way through the project. All their staff and trades were organised and punctional keeping to a tight timetable and so producing a product that is exceptional. Don’t bother getting any other quotes - just go with the Shower Dr.
