AHO Renovations

James at All Hands On Renovations went above and beyond to ensure my bathroom met my expectations. We were surprised when James gave us an earlier start date than initially stated. We ran with this as it ensured our bathroom was ready for the visit of my elderly father in law at the start of August. All of his team worked well together. Even when the glacier was skeptical of completing the shower screen on time, the team came through and it was shower ready by the weekend we needed it to be ready. The only delay was a mirror that I ordered (so nothing to do with James and his crew) that took a much longer route to arrive. It all looks fabulous. I can't stop smiling when I am in my beautiful bathroom.

Five start for James and his team in All Hands On. They turned our disastrous bathrooms to a modern, functional and beautiful artwork. See the photos below for before and after. Here are the highlights for All Hands On team. 1, Superb communication. Prompt response and they listen to customers carefully. 2, Willing to accommodate the requirements from customers and the team deliver results. 3, High quality workmanship not just looks good but gives you long term peace of mind. Thank you James and the team.

James heads a great team of sub contractors. They collaborated with us wonderfully and guided us where need be. We are thrilled with our new bathroom!

We've recently had the pleasure of working with James from All Hands On to do a full renovation of our bathrooms and laundry. We could not be happier with the outcome. James 100% delivered on the vision that we had for each room. James is excellent to work with, he has a high customer focus and spent time to understand our requirements, providing helpful design suggestions prior to delivering plans and a project schedule that he and his team delivered on time and to a very high standard. James is professional, has excellent communication skills and works closely with his contractors to ensure a consistently high standard of work at all times. James has a "can do" attitude and draws on his building experience to innovatively resolve any little challenges that arise during the project to ensure that he is delivering the outcome that we envisioned. We have no hesitation at all in recommending James to anyone looking to renovate their home and we would welcome him back if we have any further projects in the future. Paul & Kellie

I could not recommend James and All Hands On Renovations high enough! From my very first experience with James for a quote, to the final thank you! He was professional, reliable, respectful and organised. We had our ensuite, main bathroom and powder room all renovated and are extremely chuffed with the results. James and his crew worked efficiently and effectively with minimal disruption to my busy household of 6 family members, giving us notice of the day to day activities that would be occurring so I could make a plan if required. Not only is he great at what he does he’s actually one of the more pleasant tradesmen I’ve come across in more recent times, it’s actually very refreshing and rare to find such a down to earth person in the building industry and I would have no hesitation in recommending ‘All Hands On’ to any or all of my friends. Thanks James I’m glad I googled that day!

We couldn’t be happier with our recent bathroom renovations and are glad we didn’t select the cheaper quote. Our experience with All hands on was a classic example of you get what you pay for. James communicated very well regarding his schedule and having different tradesmen in and out; critical with a newborn in the home. With an older home, we expected to uncover a few surprises during demolition. James was transparent with potential quote variations and once we did uncover said surprises communicated clearly the problem and presented multiple solutions& recommendations allowing us to stay within budget. I’m not so confident this would have happened with the other quote. James’ work was flawless and his network of subcontractors and suppliers shared his high standards. We are delighted with the finished bathrooms and look forward to working with All hands on with any future projects. Without reservation we highly recommend All hands on for any of your home improvement projects.

I recently had the pleasure of working with James from All Hands On for a bathroom renovation project, and I am beyond impressed with the results. From start to finish, James exhibited a level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication that truly sets him apart in his field. One of the most remarkable aspects of working with James was his commitment to delivering the project before Christmas and within the agreed-upon budget. Despite the time constraints and budgetary considerations, James and his team worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of the renovation was completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. What truly stood out to me was James's ownership of any issues that arose during the renovation process. Rather than making excuses or deflecting blame, James took full responsibility and worked diligently to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently. This level of accountability speaks volumes about his integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Communication throughout the project was exceptional, with James providing regular updates on the progress of the renovation and promptly addressing any concerns or questions I had. His clear and concise communication style helped to alleviate any anxieties I had about the project and ensured that everything proceeded smoothly from start to finish. Overall, I would highly recommend James and All Hands On. If you're looking for a reliable, skilled, and communicative professional to handle your renovation needs, James is the person to call. I am thrilled with the results of my bathroom renovation and am grateful to James for his outstanding workmanship and dedication to excellence.
