GIA were wonderful to work with. At first we were intimidated by the premium over every other quote we got, but none of those quotes provided design, sourcing of fittings, advice, and a project manager. Two bathrooms needed to be made waterproof, and as much as possible in these scenarios, everything went to plan. GIA were timely in dealing with any issues that arose - longest wait was usually because of a weekend. On time and on budget, very happy to recommend GIA Renovations.
We recently had our kitchen, bathroom and laundry renovated by GIA Renovations and honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The whole process was so much smoother than we expected. The team was professional, organised and really easy to deal with from start to finish, which made a big difference during such a big renovation. A huge thank you to Carmel, our designer — she was nothing shy of incredible! She really understood our 'vibe' and helped bring everything together so beautifully. Her attention to detail and guidance made all the decisions feel so much less overwhelming. Also a big shoutout to Micah, our site manager. He was amazing throughout the build — always communicative, on top of everything and quick to address any questions we had. It gave us a lot of confidence knowing everything was being managed so well. The quality of the work across all spaces is incredible and we’re so happy with the end result. It’s completely transformed our home. We would hand on heart recommend GIA Renovations to anyone looking for a reliable and professional team. Thanks again to Carmel, Micah and the whole crew!
Our first experience with GIA hand over was yesterday. We are absolutely thrilled to bits with our beautifully laundry, designed and Renovated by GIA Renovations , they provided a fully comprehensive service . From start to finish , there was no stress at all just an absolute pleasure. I have only a glowing review to highlight many reasons I would not hesitate to select GIA for future work. GIA Renovations award winning design team, our design specialist Georgette respected my desire to incorporate historic, long held tiles which held deeply sentimental value into the build, while also respecting the original charachter of our home in the design were two key element. I was impressed by the professional comunicative service by each area of the team. Brendan the site supervisor kept on point resulting in a beautiful space. Highlights: Design and superior quality. The final design is both functional and aestheticaly pleasing. The team successfully worked with sentimental materials provided by us. Excellent communication by all . Brendan our Site supervisor provided constant communication removing uncertainty throughout the build. Respectful trades All trades people showed proffessionalism and care for our existing home structure. We were provided with a very high quality rennovation experience delivered on time by a Professional client focused company, resulting in a sensational final result. We are thrilled to bits. Love, Love, Love my new bathroom by GIA! Outstanding service from the moment I walked through the door. Olivia didn’t miss a beat with accomodating everything that I asked for while ensuring that the layout and design was optimal and that it fit within my budget, then Brendan made the magic happen. All of the staff and trades were very professional. Brendan ensured that the project ran smoothly and on time with minimal disruption to our family. The whole team were very responsive to any questions that I had before, during and even after the project was finished. I’m glad I trusted and invested in GIA.
We used GIA to redo our kitchen and laundry. In such an old house they did an amazing job keeping the project on track. Carmel did an amazing job with the design and we we’re so thankful for Micah and his attention to detail. Thrilled with the outcome.
I could not love my new kitchen, laundry and powder room more! The design process with Carmel was an absolute joy. The finishes are all high quality and small issues at the end of the project were all addressed quickly. Highly recommend.
