The Bathroom Renovators Melbourne

Excellent craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. They transformed our outdated bathroom into a beautiful, modern space.

The experience with Sheldon, Donovan and the team was exemplary (with a healthy dose of good humour!). Not only did they do a fantastic job on my bathroom renovation, but they really listened to what I wanted to achieve, providing solid advice and experience-based suggestions that really made a difference. Sheldon sorted out solutions to issues that popped up before I even knew there was a problem and did exactly what he promised when he said it would be done. This is the kind of company I don’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Sheldon did an excellent job with our bathroom renovation. He was on time and coordinated every aspect of the work seamlessly. He made sure everything was cleaned up once the job was done, which we really appreciated. What stood out even more was his commitment — he kindly came back three weeks later to fit our mirror that was delivered late. Good work and fantastic service.

The lads from the bathroom renovators, Sheldon and Donovan , did an out standing job ! Sheldon had to contend with a uneven floor , and walls that were not quite square , mind you , that would be a understatement ! nothing fazed them, the lads took it all in there stride , and did a out standing job ! It was comforting to know that if problems come up, and it did , especially with the floor , these lads have the skills to rectify the problem ! always on time , courteous , polite , and efficient. they even clean up after themselves !!! My wife and myself have no hesitation in recommending this company, and will be getting them back to do other work. Well , we had the dynamic duo back again to do our laundry and our toilet. Once again the lads exceeded themselves in the skill and craftsmanship , to do an excellent job !! As with the bathroom , the laundry was as straight as a dogs hind leg , and the floor had rotted under the washing machine , Sheldon and Donovan re-leveled the floor and then did the tiling. We went with tiles , the main treason is Sheldon and Donovan can do this , and this alleviates the need to get a flooring company in , and the tiles are easier to keep clean, and the lads did an excellent job !! Thankyou gentlemen !! As with before , my wife and myself , have no hesitation in recommending the dynamic duo !

We were initially put off by somewhat abrupt and unprofessional communication that left us feeling we were an annoyance rather than a potential customer. The process prior to work starting was also a little unclear, and we had to take on faith that Donovan knew what was going on, even if we didn't fully. We persevered, however, because there was no malice in the unexpected style of communication, and we judged that Donovan was experienced, detailed, no-nonsense, and honest. Communication during the project turned out to be excellent. The quality of the work (renovation of a main bathroom and ensuite) was very high. We were away while Donovan and Sheldon completed the project, and they kept us regularly informed of progress. Problems were explained and solutions given, and extra costs for the unexpected were minimal. We got the impression throughout that Donovan and Sheldon cared about doing a good job, and that care shows through in the finished product. We would happily work with them again.

We recently hired The Bathroom Renovators to renovate our ensuite, main bathroom, and toilet, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and highly skilled. They took the time to understand our vision, offering expert advice on design and layout while being mindful of our budget. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding, with every detail meticulously executed. The project was completed on time, and the work area was always kept clean and organized. The final outcome exceeded our expectations—our bathrooms look modern, stylish, and are incredibly functional. We highly recommend The Bathroom Renovators to anyone looking for a seamless renovation experience and top-notch results. Thank you for transforming our space into something truly special!

From planning through to completion, dealing with Donovan and Sheldon was a breeze. With Brendan (Plumber) and Mason (Tiler) assisting, the complete renovation of my ensuite was completed within five days with just the instalation of the shower screen and mirror on the final day. Absolutely chuffed with the new look ensuite. Anyone considering changes to their bathroom should look no further than The Bathroom Renovators. I intend getting them back to renovate the main toilet.
