Harry, Rocky, William and Jin did an excellent job at my bathroom and laundry renovation. The craftsman and quality was outstanding. Harry spent a significant amount of time with me during the planning stage as I was new to all of this and helped me choose a great layout that was cost effective and one that would last for a long time. Few issues around communication and logistics but overall it was a huge success! Would highly recommend Harry and team!
Harry and his team have just finished (March 2026) our desperately needed bathroom renovation (original bathroom photos included for reference) and we are over the moon with the results! I found Harry through Google reviews, and after our first phone call where Harry spent 20 minutes chatting through our needs and giving me a quote (so easy!) I felt confident in our choice to go with him. All tradesmen in his team were punctual, professional, and efficient. The whole renovation was complete in 3 weeks as promised, and Harry was flexible in problem solving when required. I never felt like he was trying to squeeze every last cent from us (as you often hear with big ticket renovation jobs), it was quite the opposite. Trustworthy and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Harry and his team did an excellent job renovating my ensuite in a recently purchased unit in Caulfield South. I was extremely impressed with Harry’s positive attitude and ‘can-do’ approach, as well as his willingness to address unforeseen problems as they arose, which is common during renovations. There were some communication hiccups early resulting in the tiling being under quoted. Harry kindly and ethically honoured the original quote and absorbed the additional cost. There were access and neighbour challenges for the team in a gated apartment complex. All trades handled these challenges easily and respectfully. The work of each tradesperson is exceptional, especially Jin the tiler and Will the plumber. I felt the communication and coordination between trades was not as smooth as I would have liked, but this has not been the experience of other clients according to their reviews. However, this did not detract from the high quality of the work. There were a few MINOR issues at completion, which were promptly addressed. I am extremely happy with the result and would highly recommend Best Bathroom Renovation.
Harry and his team did a beautiful job with my mum’s bathroom in an older house. I threw them some serious curveballs by asking them to accommodate complex timings, unexpected asbestos, old-house challenges and a remote client - and all were handled with a calm and trustworthy attitude. The budget was met as per the quote, and we were very very happy with all the tradespeople and their professionalism. Excellent service when the inevitable hiccups arose, and mum and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thanks Harry and team.
